Gil Horsky is a food industry executive with +16 years of global leadership experience from Mondelēz, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo & Nestle. Gil Horsky co-founded the Mondelēz corporate venture investment (CVC) and innovation hub, SnackFutures, and has vast experience in developing and commercializing new branded food innovation and FoodTech platforms that generated >$800MM in revenues. Horsky has over a decade of proven track record of successfully advising, investing and partnering with entrepreneurs in the AgriFood industry.
During his career, Gil Horsky worked on some of the most iconic global food brands, including Milka, Toblerone, Oreo, belVita, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, and Cadbury, Horsky holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a regular speaker at leading international industry conferences.

As the Founding Partner of FLORA Ventures, Gil Horsky directs his investments toward European and Israeli AgriFood-Tech startups that align with the fund’s manifesto of “Good for People, Kind to the Planet.” By supporting ventures at the intersection of planetary and human health, FLORA Ventures seeks to drive positive change in the industry.
