Haifa Group, a global leader in plant nutrition and special fertilizers, has partnered with FLORA Ventures, a prominent agri-food venture capital fund. This collaboration aims to accelerate innovation within the agri-food sector.
FLORA Ventures, co-led by Gil Horsky, boasts an impressive $80 million VC fund, with $50 million already committed. It is the largest Israeli-based AgriFood VC, focusing on early-stage startups in Israel and Europe, contributing to a more sustainable agri-food system.
This partnership grants Haifa Group exclusive access to cutting-edge technologies and startups while positioning them as a design partner for FLORA’s portfolio companies. Haifa Group’s CEO, Mr. Motti Levin, emphasized their commitment to driving positive change, stating, “We firmly believe in the power of innovation, technology, and responsible practices to address pressing challenges like food security and climate change.”
